I drink alot of these Arizona "herbal tonics" because they are free from artificial colors or flavors and have vitamins a, e, and c, and other things like panax ginseng which I feel really boost my immunity and aura. however they also contain caffeine... is caffeine bad or good for the aura? and also I am growing my hair long, is it bad for hair?

While drugs and stuff like that are devastating to the soul, caffeine and energy drinks are less harmful. Yes they do effect not only the chakras and aura but at the same time (in moderation) they can assist in your immunity and health. As for the hair, some argue it last longer if you keep it short but I find it matters on heredity and health.

Hello,

This is quite interesting. Is green tea for example also harmful for auras and chakras? And what is harmful about the coffee is the caffeine it contains?

HAIL FATHER SATAN!

Coffee and tea are not only OK in moderation, but good for you. Both an organic fresh ground coffee and a green tea are high in antioxidants and other phytochemicals.  Yes caffeine is an alkaloid stimulant and related to cocaine(full disclosure here), but in moderation should not be a problem. Everyone has a different tolerance for how much they can ingest. Too much is when you feel "jittery". It would take a ridiculous number of cups of coffee or tea to overdose! OK so I know the real question is how caffeine effects the Aura, Soul, Chakras, Astral Body. My Opinion is that as it only helps to release a little extra brain chemical that wakes you up, that already exists in the brain and already is doing that anyway, it is not a problem. It is not mind altering like LSD,Heroin,Cocaine, etc.

Anything that is taken to excess *can* be harmful. However if you believe something is harming you and continue taking it with that belief in mind, it will harm you further.

Both coffee and green tea can have some excellent beneficial effects for digestion and the cardiovascular system (coffee reduces the rate of cardiovascular disease when consumed by people in their 30's and 40's according to one study) due to the presence of polyphenols. Caffeine is one type of polyphenol, there are many others. Cocoa also contains the same polyphenols as coffee but negligible caffeine.

Everyone is different and one notices that a particular food or drink produces discomfort or causes ill effects then the logical course of action is to reduce the amount consumed.

Simply changing your mindset however may be enough as mindfulness of food and the ascribing of healing and positive energies to everything that you eat can be a magical way to mitigate the supposed 'harmfulness' of some foods.

Part of the jewish ploy is having us believe that everything we eat is bad for us (ie paleo advocates raving on about not eating certain vegetables or grains due it causing major intestinal damage which is total bullshit) so that we are mindful of putting negativity into our bodies all the time and thus damage our own aura and chakras through jew perpetuated self destruction.

Dark.Prince29 here:
Tea's have been found to be really healthy for the body as it's just a modern take on alchemical/herbal processing. Coffee is also fine but the caffeine is only harmful in extreme/large amounts. If you feel you are dependent on it (like some people and Energy-drinks) then there is a weakness in your soul itself and you need to direct you own energies rather than using a supplement.

Caffeine is not bad for you i sometimes will drink a little before mediation to help concentrate, its when you start drinking 8 cups of starbucks a day that it gets bad for you.

Yes caffeine is bad for you.  Do not be fooled by this moderation nonsense. It is a drug, first and foremost.  Regardless of moderation or not, after a few weeks it starts to have opposite effects on the body i.e. it no longer opens your blood vessels giving you that *rush* rather it constricts them - which is why people need to start drinking more and more.  The end result? You continue to drink more and more all the while making the effects on your body worse and worse i.e. blood vessels constrict more and more and eventually it takes a toll on your heart.
If you want to improve your health and aura - drink herbal teas that are clean and make/use herbal tinctures.  Tinctures are very powerful and won't destroy you.
Realize that coffee is a product of the joo...so you can work more productive hours for them.  They push coffee claiming "moderation".  Ya right.  There's no such thing as moderation with coffee.  It's effects are not preventable. Meanwhile they're snickering all the way to the bank because it causes health problems.  The jooz have infested the medical profession.  Actually, all professions.  If a joo fails medical school they immediately walk over to law school, etc. - and they can because everything is free for jooz.
Realize that coffee stimulates the nervous system in an unnatural way ultimately leading to health problems.  Everytime you drink a cup of coffee it stimulates the "flight or fight" response, and, well, hopefully you can see why that would be a bad thing and a joo thing.

@hail_satan11 okay, thanks for the information. the reason I ask is because Ive been drinking these Arizona drinks that are all natural with no artificial flavors or colors, Ive given up on coffee and soda all together and replaced it with drinking things like almond milk, bolthouse farms (the c boost flavor), water, anything thats natural and has alot of vitamins and potassium in it. the flavors of Arizona that I drink are the green tea and ginseng flavors and they are also loaded on vitamin c, however theres also a flavor that came out called "herbal tonic" which that one is better in that it has vitamin d, e, and triple the c than the other green tea flavors and it also has guarana, schisandra, and eleuthero root... however the only bad thing in it is caffeine.... so I guess I should stop drinking that flavor all together and go back to just the ones without caffeine?

I've noticed, in TV and movies, that coffee has become the new cigarette. Actors used to smoke almost all the time; now everyone seems to need that fresh cup of Starbucks/Caribou/made-up-brand-in-the-signature-cup coffee. Anyone else noticed this? I wonder if this consistent advertising has affected how much coffee people drink. Does the general public drink more?

Just food for thought.

Hail Satan!

Make a few tinctures and you won't need to waste your money on any of that nonsense.
Herbs are ok, but IMO caffeine, vitamins, and minerals are overrated and in many cases ingested in much larger doses than needed.  It is not what/how much you eat.  It is what/how much your body absorbs. MORE VITAMINS/DRUGS WILL NOT MAKE YOU HEALTHIER.  The only thing vitamins do is draw out the energy from the food you eat and convert the food to energy - so taking vitamin supplements without a vitamin deficiency is moot.
Cleansing is very powerful and energizing - it removes all toxins and bad substances from your body.  MOST TIMES REMOVING SUBSTANCES VS PUTTING THEM INTO THE BODY (vitamins, caffeine) IS BETTER FOR ENERGY.
Tinctures are extremely powerful also.  The only caveat is that one must use alcohol to make them; however, once its made one can simply put 1-4 eyedroppers of tincture in boiling water for a minute or so and the alcohol will evaporate leaving the potent tincture in the water, akin to tea. However, it will be more powerful if taken in alcohol form.  An eyedropper is only 1 mL of liquid so it shouldn't affect the body negatively.
All natural foods (foods that can be grown or killed) have all the vitamins and nutrients you need.  The only reason anyone should be taking supplements is: if they are an alcoholic/drug addict, cannot afford to eat/buy a variety of foods, or are on a exercise program that requires higher than normal nutrients.
People use caffeine for energy; however, this is not necessary.  People in this country are tired for the following reasons:
ONE, they drink too much caffeine and the more they drink the more constricted their blood vessels become - constriction means less blood flow and less oxygen throughout the body and brain.
TWO, people are continually bombarded with environmental estrogens from their surroundings as well as foods.  Increases in estrogen cause a myriad of serious problems from cancer to tumors.  Again, it's a setup - so we have to go see a joo doctor for overpriced meds that make things worse.  So, if you want more energy get a blood count done on your testosterone, estrogen, and free floating testosterone.  In addition, start looking into natural supplements that will increase testosterone and decrease/regulate estrogen.  Making a tincture from pine cone pollen buds is a very powerful, all natural androgenic substance.  The pollen bud from a pine cone is the male part of the plant's reproductive system.  Go just before or at the start of pollenating time in the spring and pick a few mason jars full and make tinctures. There are many websites that will explain how.
THREE, a combo of caffeine and estrogen causes one's THYROID to spiral out of control which is the real reason so many people are fat and sick in jootopia.  Our thyroid regulates our hormone production, hormone production regulates every metabolic action in the body - keeping it lean and running well. There's probably a tincture for this as well - check out websites, you can buy herbs of any kind.  Also, power meditations are a must as they stimulate your pituitary gland and keep it active/healthy - this gland is what releases growth hormone and other positive substances the body uses to heal/repair/build itself.
Hopefully, the message is loud and clear - not to just avoid caffeine as much as possible or at least take breaks from it now and then, not just to use herbal/herbal cleansing teas and herbal tinctures, not just to ensure your thyroid and hormones are working properly - BUT TO AVOID WHATEVER THE MASSES ARE DOING - if the masses are doing it then it's probably not a good idea as it is most likely joowish controlled.
