i need help with the book of shadows, can i buy one and put the meditations from websites, rituals, prayers i make up, spells ect. in it?? in other words, can i write everything i want in it??

Yes, everything you want. Reflections, dreams, results of your rituals, meditations, etc.

But wouldn't it be (cheaper and) more creative to make one's own? Buy a notebook with around 200 sheets either A4 or A5, decorate it the way you want and e voila!

The book of shadows is mostly about recording your experiences after meditations/rituals/contact with Gods so you can see improve your strong points and learn from your mistakes. But you can write anything you want.
