Body shakes

I need help. Every time I do mantras like Raum my body shakes or moves on its own especially my shoulders and arms. What can I do to stop this?

Let you body shake, it will get tired after a while.

Do you feel uncomfortable or have any other problems? Otherwise don't worry it is natural and it is energy being made into nervous impulse.

Another problem I have is psychological attacks.
