Birthday on Eclipse

Hi! Good morning everyone. Recently i found out that my relative's birthday will be on January 31 which is lunar eclipse. Can you please tell me how this eclipse can affect my relative's life? I would be really glad if you answer my question. (Btw i am studying his astrological chart but i'm not that good yet) Thank you!
