Hello,

In regards to starting the 'Beginners meditation'...how many meditations and breathing exercises is one supposed to be doing in a day? I was thinking of doing the Breathing Exercises for Satanists sequence (daily) and then Opening the Chakras one at a time starting with the 3rd eye (incl. amount of days) as described.

When did you progress onto the other beginner meditations?

Can I still combine my beginners meditations with my regular Kundalini Yoga practice? I practice Kundalini Yoga 3-4 times pr. week - just wondering if it would be a bit too much energy going into my system.

Thanks

Kundalini yoga, like power meditations should be practiced every day to have effect, and not missing a single day. The same with other Spiritual workings like breathing exercises, hatha yoga, mantras e.t.c. if you're following them. Just doing it 3 or 4 days a week won't do much to you.

I recommend doing void meditation every day and opening the chakras the way you said starting with your 3rd eye at first. It's important to learn to still your mind because most of the other exercises build on it. There's a complete 6 month program you can follow on the Spiritual Warfare section, that will take you to the advanced levels of power meditations.

I'd advise to start with the breathing exercises. When you get the breathing down, then I'd suggest starting on opening your chakras. Work on those daily along with going down the "Beginner" section on JoS. You should get a good idea as to when you're ready to move on to the other exercises.

Thanks for the various responses.

I've managed to set up a suitable routine and will combine it with the Spiritual Warfare layout.

Thanks again.
