For this part do I invoke the elements I'm weak in one element at a time each day, or do I just invoke all the elements I'm weak in everyday?

It can take some time for the element you invoke to take full effect, especially in this stage of your development. Be sure to express caution when invoking elements you feel are unbalanced as it is easy to overdo it, subsequently forcing yourself into a sea-saw effect of constantly trying to keep up (I went through this for some time). Instead, I recommend that you visualize the pentagram and invoke all of the elements in a balanced manner.
