Aura of protection in detail

I have read on the JoS website that we must breathe in energy and affirm that it is building an aura of protection around us and protects us at all times. Now, it says absolutely NOTHING about breathing in the energy and exhaling it out into our aura in other words (filling our aura with the protective energy) so I took it as, I'm just suppose breathe in the energy and affirm and leave it at that. Some of you have even told me that I should imagine the energy totally surrounding  my aura. However the instructions say absolutely nothing about that! I need a strait forward answer.

expand the energy into your aura after inhaling  it into your entire being , ALTHOUGH filling yourself on the inside with white-gold light and engulfing yourself with white-gold light on the inside ( inhaling energy without exhaling into the aura BUT filling yourself with it on the inside ) serves the same purpose ! HAIL SATAN
