This Meditation is very powerful. There are 12 aspects you empower during the regular Aura Of Empowerment Meditation. I have found out, the Kundalini has its own mental/astral Soul. Which is something one must think on about. It must be regularly fed and made a bond with, like one would go making a bond with any other being. Just putting that out, and remember, this is MY experience and just laying my 2 cents here.

I wouldnt do it every other day. As The Aura Of Empowerment is a powerful meditation. It would severly drop your bioelectricity the next day. Unless you replace it with something equally as powerful, like the circulating energy. You could do a forty day working. I make the affirmation more beneficial though.

What happens is if you skip a single meditation, your bioelctricity will drop. You have to keep a consistent meditation program. If you bounce all over the place. You will crash one day and feel depressed and ove stimulated the next day. Not to mention you wont be going higher and higher upwards.
