I did it like this

Don't try to make the b noise though, just hold the p noise, I added the b so you have an idea as to what it felt like. The same goes for the T, you don't try to make the z noise but it will naturally sound like it when you try to hold the t noise.
I don't hold it for long, just long enough to feel each individual letter vibration well enough to generate energy I guess.
Keep in mind I'm not saying this is how it's done just how I did it, I feel the effects now it's reall great but you should wait for HP to explain or other more advanced members because I'm just still at begging level.
