Astral projection while asleep

I sometimes go when I'm asleep to see one of my guardians. The thing that annoys me is I can never remember when I wake up =/
I know I'm not just normally dreaming cos I can remember the setting of where I am... Just not what I'm being taught.
My Guardian keeps telling me 'patience' lol but that's kinda my downfall atm.

Any tips?

Keep a journal about it each time that you dream something. As soon as you woke up write the hole experience. That should help you in improving your recall.
