astral combat without astral projection?

I have a friend who attacks the enemy on the astral and says she cannot astral project? Someone please explain to me how i can do the same? I'm just confused as to how you can fight what's on the astral without being able to see it. I've wanted to have my very own astral adventure and war against the enemy on the astral, i just need a mentor to get me started. Help would be appreciated.

Um, question? Is there an alternate way to raise the serpent without
having to feed it sexual energy? I remember reading I think it was on
HP Vovim's site about how you were supposed to feed the serpent sexual
energy. If that is the only way then I guess I'm stuck with it, but I

I recommend doing kundalini yoga or doing the eightfold path at least
once a day. I quickly got to my awakening by doing the eightfold path
daily. If you don't know anything about kundalini yoga, then get some
books with asanas in them. Another way is to work up to the
philosopher's stone, but there are certain criteria that need to be
met and it requires a lot of work.
