Is there anybody who have beaten their procrastination or their content addiction(like insta reels or yt shorts)?
Like from 10 hrs of screen time to only using your phone when you have to.Also are there any ways to make it quickly. I thought asking that to this community would ve better since the enemy wants us to be addicted.(Also please don't say "just don't look at your phone man" oh yeah who would've thought?)thanks for reading till here.

I have a different idea. You can find longer videos to listen to, and listen to these in the background while you are working on other things. The problem is not necessarily that you are listening to something, but more that the videos are too short where it is constantly drawing your focus and attention away as it constantly switches to something else. These short videos and apps dedicated to them are invented purposefully to destroy our attention spans and our motivation. Having something that is a longer video that is interesting enough that you will not want to change it, but also does not draw too much attention where you can not focus and work on other things at the same time. I think this would be good for you.

I started listening to Julian Dorey's interviews recently. He is a skilled interviewer and has interesting guests. Much better than Joe Rogan. His interviews with Paul Roselie are interesting, and also some interviews about Scientology. Paul Roselie spends most of every year in the middle of the Amazon rain forest working to prevent deforestation, so he has a lot of stories to tell.

I listen to a lot of news like Timcast and Timcast IRL. Old Opie and Anthony radio show recordings, which many people wouldn't like but I think it is entertaining. Some of those videos are for hours, but I listen on double speed. The kind of things that you do not need to pay attention to or think about, but just hear it in the background.

The last one might be too stimulating because it usually switches between multiple shorter stories, and the stories usually have details that need to be paid attention to to know what is going on. But I like Midnight Broadcast. There is a new video every night. They are often like ghost stories or strange experiences, but some times there is a different theme or topic. They are usually good.

Find something that you enjoy to replace watching these short videos with, also make sure to do void meditation so that you maintain a clear mind. This should allow you to only focus on what is important to you and in doing so might deter you away from the short videos specifically which while you may enjoy, they waste your valuable time during this life which could be better used for improvement in some way. Be well.
