The following is based on my observations during a six month period of intense meditation and the knowledge that Satan has afforded me to acquire about traditional Chinese medicine. Without the input of Satan and my GD I would never have come across this knowledge.   HAIL SATAN!     *References to the liver are talking about the Chinese energetic system of the liver, not the western organ. This energetic idea roughly corresponds to the functions of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.   **Just a note that when I refer to anger, I also mean irritability and frustration which are both related closely to anger. It also encompasses the varying degrees of anger, from mild to outright burning rage.   Anger is by far one of the most powerful of emotions. I want to share what I have learnt about anger through meditation and study of Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong and Spiritual Satanic meditation. I believe I have uncovered a technique that complements the cobra breath and assists in producing and driving sexual energy up the spine to aid in advancement. This technique also serves as a method of anger management. Many enemy programs push bullshit versions of anger management that either involves suppressing the anger or venting it unhealthily. Even the most ‘healthy’ versions of venting anger are at best band aid solutions and few people truly master them over the long term. One of the biggest threats to mankind’s survival is a lack of appropriately controlled anger as anger when properly directed serves to motivate us to achieve our goals. The enemy wants us to fail in this endeavour so that we either self destruct through improper channelling of our anger or become impotent wusses who think anger is wrong or unnecessary.   First off I will explain the theory of why this technique works, followed by the technique. You can skip to the technique at the end if any of this is too much to read as it is a little complicated and uses many terms native to Chinese Medicine and Qi Gong. I will do my best to keep it simple.   Spiritually, anger is an expression of the movement of qi in the energy meridians of the soul. This movement is upwards as described by the many classic texts of Chinese Medicine through the statement ‘The Liver governs uprising’. The movement of qi when a person becomes angry is upwards. When looking at someone who is angry this is evident by the redness of their eyes and face, due to the blood which rushes upwards to the face as blood always follows qi. Where qi goes, blood will follow.   Anger is also recognised by Chinese Medicine as the emotion most closely related to the Liver and the Liver is also known as the General (of the body and in charge of making important decisions). This is linked to anger and its motivating features. The Liver has a strong relationship to the penetrating vessel which ascends through the middle of the spine between the perineum and the cerebellum where it connects with the liver and governor channel again and rises to the crown of the head. The penetrating vessel makes up the most significant portion of the Sushumna and actually originates in the kidney channel which is the source of pre-heaven qi and all sexual and reproductive energies of the body. This suggests that there must be a relationship between the kidneys and the liver which is confirmed by the entrusting of ministerial fire (ming men or fire of the gate of life which lies exactly at the point of the sacral chakra) to the liver [by the kidneys] (Deadman, 2007, p475).   Anger is also the manifestation of the base chakra and can be a product of heavy Kundalini stimulation, as I have found in my own practise.   Basically, the sexual energies of the lower dantian or sacral chakra are entrusted to the liver to ensure they reach the entire body through the liver’s function of the free flow of qi. The reason why what I’m about to describe does not occur naturally is because of centuries of being cut off from spirituality and the blockages that occur along the energy pathways due to enemy curses, those that we now work to reverse through the group rituals. This technique gives us the tools to stay motivated through our anger and rage at what the jews have in store for us, as described by HP Hooded Cobra in a sermon a few weeks ago, entitled TOTAL Spiritual War.   Because we are talking about liver function and the kidneys entrustment of the sexual energy to the liver, this technique is dependent somewhat on the male elixir of life. This elixir enables better flow of qi as it promotes liver function (amongst many other things). I have found repeatedly that stimulating the male elixir of life makes me feel horny, and this is the signal that the energy needs a release in order to continue flowing freely. If you are horny and you can release it via orgasm especially when doing the preliminary male elixir of life steps of the Magnum Opus you certainly should as it will aid your practise. I have found that sometimes two or three times per day have been necessary but this is all individual and will vary greatly. It is also one of the major reasons why sexuality is so oppressed by the enemy programs.   Onto the technique:   When feeling angry or irritable even if due to external circumstances (excessively stimulating the Kundalini or male elixir without the female elixir may produce a feeling of irritability also and certainly has with me), feel the anger rise up the Sushumna and guide it out of the crown, much like when performing the cobra breath. Sometimes it may take a few minutes to reach the crown but persistence is the key to getting it there.   For those who perform the cobra breath often, this may be easier at the start then those who haven’t.   The results are incredible. Firstly, this technique is very pleasurable. Anger becomes bliss but does not lose but gains its motivating edge and you may feel more inclined toward performing spiritual warfare and properly and healthily dealing with the matters that anger you in the first place. Secondly, this technique mitigates the injurious nature of anger to our bodies preventing and reducing high blood pressure and other health problems that occur when we become angry often and channel it inappropriately. Lastly it enables sexual energy of the liver, entrusted by the kidneys and expressed as anger to flow in Sushumna, repairing the Sushumna and enabling the union of male and female elixirs.   I also found that it stimulated the female elixir, producing an even greater feeling of pleasure than the emerging from the crown.   You may also notice that it enables your aura to deal with things you are angry about quickly and effectively, especially when they are just small things that people do to annoy you etc. Personally I believe the ability to remove the unpleasantness of anger and replace it with a healing force that is pleasurable is in itself a spiritual power but that may just be me.

HAIL SATAN!

Thanks a lot! This is absolutely excellent and has already helped me. If you're boiling with anger and it's hard to focus, just doing cobra breath is like a manual version of this technique.

I also have to thank for this. I noticed if your rage is great, this meditation can make your spine burn, its very pleasant sensation as if kundalini energy was going up. Just need some time to concentrate on rage being in your spine and after some time it begin warming up. If it is combined with Ascending energy meditation here: http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... nergy.htmlthe spine is warmed up even more (when you experience both sexual lust and desire to kill someone)

this was pretty cool. thanks.

This works beautifully. What direction should we push sadness? A lot of my anger and anger issues come from depression. This did help a little with the depression but do you have any suggestions for any other emotions? Also when feeling angry and doing this meditation and using these reading techniques it jumpstarted my creativity very wonderfully I wrote close to three songs yesterday in about 30 minutes.

The best thing about this meditation is it's not as easy to get angry and the anger naturally flows through your sushuma on its own after doing this enough when anger occurs in certain levels and amounts. Besides gaining so much creativity from doing this.
Thanks a MILLION
Positive energy flows to you for this gift!
Hail Satan!

Sadness and depression stem from a lack of Qi so this can be rectified by drawing in more qi as in the foundation breath.

Sometimes depression can be related to poor diet or lack of exercise and if it is due to the latter, this technique should readily aid it. If you find that it doesn't then drawing in large amounts of qi and circulation of the male and female elixirs of life can be helpful or at least have been in my experience. Sadness as an emotion depletes qi rather than a specific direction and thus replenishing it subverts it's negative effects. The RAUM Meditation which raises power can also be very effective in combating depression.

HAIL SATAN!

Thank you. I tried breathing it to the heart center from the sacral and out of the front extension kind of like the meditation with anger and inhaling love into it and releasing it

Thank you. this is most helpful, given my present situation. Father
always knows; he always watches, and he always helps and guides his
beloved. I adore him so!

Down below heart. Manifests in heart and works its way up. Try to push it down and out. Extract the positive White UP for creativity. Good luck in your songs I'd love to hear

And also the first chakra which is pointed down to the Base Chakra (The chakra anger is manifested by). I didn't need to turn this chakra even if I turned them all. But maybe that is where it got the "General" and is in charge of making important decisions?
It sounded really insightful when I wrote these lines in my head LoL ;p

Not surprisingly, the liver is ruled by the solar chakra and the gall bladder is ruled by the sixth chakra.

The liver and gall bladder have the closest relationship of any two organs in the body. Go figure..

Your insight seems to be accurate at least by my reckoning.

HAIL SATAN!

I am just going with the flow here my friend. Not trying to sound like a super betterwisser.
But have you read about the 666 Breath of Lucifer's Grail? It is said to connect a powerful link between the Solar Plexus Chakra and the 6th Chakra. And "...Not surprisingly, the liver is ruled by the solar chakra and the gall bladder is ruled by the sixth chakra... The liver and gall bladder have the closest relationship of any two organs in the body."  this is very interesting to me. As a powerful link need to be established to perform the Magnum Opus.

Whilst these two organs share the closest relationship in the body, it's important to remember that most people are out of sync with their natural and highest aspirant state of health, thus the natural equilibrium must be restored before one can pursue health of the highest order ie the magnum opus.

HAIL SATAN!

Interesting observation. Makes sense, yet I believed the Magnum Opus helped restore health. Kind of depending upon the Philosopher Stone, Kundalini and Magnum Opus to fix it all up ;p But sounds like we have to fix it first? ;p Hehe

I think taking steps to fix it and align it correctly first is essential for avoiding many of the negative side effects that come with Kundalini ascension...

When am am angry...
My brain stops to function.
Like literally lol
I start pacing to and fro...close to a panic a attack. In that moment i loose my self...and am capable of anything. I respect mi mom a lot...i kneel down and greet her every morning..i never raise my voice when spesking to her(just a picture of the sort of respect.)
But one day i got so angry and i shouted at her....like really bad. I also had a fight with a teacher back in high school caz he really pissed me off...i was thrown out of school. My point is..i really dnt see how anger enhances the flow of IQ...caz i regret all the above. They are shameful moments for me. Cud you pliz throw some more light.

Anger does not flow correctly in most people. If you use the technique described in the original post when angry, it will cause the anger to flow up sushumna and out the crown, venting the pressure that it puts on your mind.

You need to read the post not just the title otherwise yes it does seem like a bit of an impossibility.

I know there must have been an orignal  post...but i can't see it. It word be kind of you to ford it if possible.

Anger does not flow correctly in most people. If you use the technique described in the original post when angry, it will cause the anger to flow up sushumna and out the crown, venting the pressure that it puts on your mind.

You need to read the post not just the title otherwise yes it does seem like a bit of an impossibility.

Queen anger does not enhance the flow of IQ (worldly intelligence). What is meant is Qi energy as in Vril.
I do think it has the potential to raise that energy.

I was suggested to try this for repressed anger, and anger in general towards general life situations, and the kikes. I basically have no outlet...

I'm still rather new to meditation, and I have read it three times over now, and I still do not get it... :/

The idea is to guide the feeling of anger, which has a tendency to rush upward toward the head, out of the crown chakra.

It's not the easiest technique in the world but it is effective and with a little persistence it will pay off. It only really works when you feel the anger though, if you aren't feeling angry at the time your not gonna be venting anything.

Basically imagine your body is a pressure cooker and the crown chakra is the vent that releases the steam when the pressure gets too great. Then just turn the visualisation of steam into more of a feeling of qi rushing out the very top of your head.

If your chakras are not yet open it is likely that this technique may not work but then I don't know that for sure.

Think of emotions as energies.
When you are happy you feel that emotion and it's energy. When you feel love for someone you feel the energy, and when you are sad you feel the energy.
When you are angry you feel the energy as well. Bring that energy up out your crown.

I have felt that "love energy" a few times in college. You know the feeling. you start exuding heat and feeling a rush that makes you kinda dizzy and then you can't stop thinking about kissing her.
Of course the reason so many guys make fools of themselves when they get this "crush" energy is because the ki flow is blocked and they can't channel it properly so they break down........
This is truly sad and makes fools and shy cowards of so many as a result of poor or blocked flow of chi :/This is all a result of xian teachings and on a psychological level your body is fighting your conscious mind because most people see sex and love as a taboo thanks to all the insane xian filth out there!I've seen this cause many a mental breakdown only for people to do something stupid and end up in jail or they go to the church only to be called a sinner and have an even BIGGER mental breakdown later on and commit rape or suicide...or both -_-

I just tried visualizing the enegy rising up, and out of my crown chakra because I happened to be extremely annoyed right now, nothin' happened except for a headache. As you said, if your crown chakra isn't open, it's a no go...

I have yet to get to those meditations due to A LOT of unwanted enemy interference in my life.

*Le Sigh*

I find the raum meditation after the aura empowering meditation followed by a sun mantra works well.
Anytime I chant a sun mantra now my body starts heating up and I can see the white hot light in my mind's eye when I focus on myself.I like to use the B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B crown/3rd eye/6th chakra/pineal gland mediation as well as it's the strongest vibration I can do and makes you trip balls for hours after you're done xD
HAIL SATAN!
