Alien species-anyone have info in them?

hi i'm wanting to find out more info about an et species,and no it's not on the jos site or the lucifer liberation front.

i have some basic desription of the species.
Human body-head, arms, legs, with soft human skin. wings on the back with bird feathers, and feathers on arms.
I'm not sure if they have tail feathers or not but they can manipulate the elements and many live in elemental villages-fire, air, earth, and water.

Does anyone know the name of these beings or have met one of them? if you have please tell.If they sound like something you have read ina book please also tell.
