Alien abduction or messed up enemy attack

Ok last night when I went to sleep I re woke in complete terro I couldn't move my body at all and I I was in pain I couldn't even scream I could just about figet all I could see was bright white light I could feel the presence of somthing else wen I started to figet to get my body working again I saw a shadow then I felt sleepy again I tried to fight the feeling but I eventually gave and fell to sleep when I woke in the morning I was in my room but I was stripped from my pyjamams and my arm and face were sore later from scratching my arm 3 red dots showed up like an injection holes and there were some under my eye brow too im still in terro from this experience and afraid to be alone
And just to let you know I have been home alone lately so I've been meditating and power Woking like non stop and I've been working on astral travel which have worked once so far is that maybe why they attacked me?

I thought that when you are abducted you wake up at a different place. So to my understanding something must have attacked you in your room.

I believe you, I have had similar experiences.. Except when I woke up I had a bunch of red  dots on the crease of my left arm and to this day they're still there.. This is some horseshit.. I recall reading on the JOS site that enemy ET'S could not attack someone physically?? Wtf??..

i have had a similar experience as well, one night i was staying at my friend's house and i felt something grab ahold of my throat, then i felt a needle get stuck into my neck. I started to get really sleepy very fast and i tried to get up to tell my brother and friend about this but i was unable to. I don't want to admit it but i think i was raped that night, when i had a bowl movement in the morning there appeared to be semen in my stool, and i am a man... I just don't understand what the point of this sort of things is
