Affirmations for third eye/clauaudience points?

Please reply and give me your thoughts on this. Hello I was thinking and thought about affirmations for like the third eye and clauraudience points. Like "I am breathing in powerful energy that is opening my third eye/clauaudience points" could this work especially to help ppl who have been hurt with medication such as adderal like myself which hinders spiritual progress? Should I add something like safely and or permanently opening my third eye/clauraudience points?. And could there be a affirmation that could draw energy that draws powerful energy to work on your third eye/clauraudience points idlely when you are busy?

You can, but you should also use runes like Laguz and Eiwatz, doing affirmations like "My astral senses are totally open and strenghtened". Working with visualization and leeling instead of solely empowering chakras will also do the work, like in working with the elements.

Thank you for replying . And one question if you don't mind I did the third eye opening before, vibrating Thoth for the specified amount of days. And I have a feeling I didn't do something correctly should I go back and repeat that? Would it be safe to do that again?
