I have a question about meditation, yoga and calisthenics. Recently in the last 2 years I have weight trained, done gymnastics, advanced calisthenics, and yoga. in the last 2 months i have almost mastered the lever, an advanced calisthenics and gymnastics movement. Ive also started doing straddle planches.
here are my questions:
1. what is the different between the yoga movement of a handstand and the gymnastics movement of a straddle planche? seeing that you can go into a straddle planche from a handstand? what is the difference? and if you were in a lever which can be held for 30 seconds to 3 minutes what kind of yoga move could a lever be considered if at all?
2. When i do handstand in my front yard and do 9 vibrations of Raum  into my 3rd chakra i always feel a sense of empowerment and clarity after i exit my handstand. what would be the difference between doing a handstand and vibrating Raum and doing a straddle planche and vibrating Raum? because i know that yoga has to do with energy manipulation and the feel of energy, like having an energy buzz. but could you do this with a move that isnt considered yoga?
3.
the whole reason i want to know is because id like to know if i would be causing an imbalanceof energy in my chakras and my aura before i just start doing this. i dont ask alot of question on these groups. so i would love a reply on the subject. its really been on my mind recently

I'm sorry i can't help you by answering this question because i'm not knowledgeable enough to know the answer.
But i can help you by simply writing this comment so your thread can get the the top of the group again and someone who can help might notice your question if they missed it the first time.

Good luck!
