On the JoS website it says: "His most Important Day of the year is December 23, when the Sun is one degree into Capricorn. Capricorn is the 10th sign of the zodiac and the first degree of this sign makes eleven. The day following the beginning of the Winter Solstice is his Personal Day, which should be observed by every dedicated Satanist. (This was dictated directly from him, personally)." So my question is, what exactly does it mean "should be observed"? Is december 23 the day following the winter solstice? Ohhh and btw this year dec 23 is monday

So what exactly does it mean "observe"? I always thought it meant to go out and observe the sunrise. Idk if this is right tho. I did this last year. i went to the woods at like 4am lit some black candles and waited for the sun. It was a really cool experience. I recommend it just b prepared for the cold.

Well, in this particular case, 'observe' does not just mean to watch.
It means to celebrate, or commemorate the day in some way. As has
already been suggested, thanksgiving rituals, or working for Father's
cause in some way whether it be online or off, are some ways to honour
him on this day.
