I have a question about this.

these are the planetary hours at the JOS site

but these are the tables according salem burke in his book "the fourth satanic ritual" satanic talisman

There are differences between the two, which one is the correct table?

The ones on the JoS.  The first hour of each day, is the planet of that day. For example, today is Thursday, the first planetary hour of the day is Jupiter.
What actual time each planet is depends on your position on the planet. Download ChronosXP to help with this, you can put in the longitude and latitude for your location and it will give you the list of planetary hours.

well he says that this is the correct table (the Salem Burke) because the Masons ruined the true esoteric tradition of astrology

I don't think either of them are correct. The planetary hours do not change on the hour... at all.

Example - 10:53am, on the day of Jupiter, is the hour of Mercury. Until 11:56am, it is still the hour of Mercury.

It's better to get the ChronosXP program, and use that as a guide.

I agree. I believe in Salem's table, it is laied at as 1,2,3 etc as in the first, second and third hour of the day.
On the JoS it is put into the hours. This is just a rough estimate. Note it says 6am (around sunrise). This isn't an exact time, but for a world wide perspective, the first hour of each day will be roughly around 6am. Obviously this changes acording to the time of year, as well as your location on Earth.
This is why ChornosXP is good to have. It will give you exact times for each planet.

yes, but I have the chrnos XP program and the order of the planets matches the JOS table, the only thing the program does is give exact times in your area, i think that the JOS table is the mainstream tradition, and the Burke's planetary table is the real Satanic tradition...
and I do not say this lightly,I see this with my demon guardian and the truth table is in the book of salem...
Now obviously this I had to discuss with you to give me your opinion
but we must consider that the JOS page were updated several things
and maybe one of them should be the planetary hours.

It is possible, I haven't read his book, nor have much detailed knowledge of the planetary hours. I do know that the calander and the time system we are currently on is of jewish invention for a reason. But it isn't in my knowledge to give you a definitive answer. Perhaps ask the Gods, or one of the HP's can help answer.
