Right now I feel like 40 minutes is about the maximum time I can stay 100% focused, I did the shoulder chakra openings today as well as the heart awakening before that(just because I looked at the chakra hours chart, right now its saturday 23:58 in Finland), even if I do get convulsions, which I take as a positive sign that my bioelectricity levels are rising and may feel extatic for a short moment, I start to slowly feel tired after 30 minutes of energy/chakra work and start to lose my focus. Is this normal? And does the time I am able to meditate effectively increase as time goes by? I usually try to use the 6 sec inhale, 6 sec hold, 6 sec exhale on pretty much everything. Or is the tiredness just triggered by actually not having slept enough or having stayed awake for too long before meditating?

but 40% is already really great ! congratulations, really !and yes, you can feel tired working on your chakras because when you do that you CLEAN THEM OF KARMA SEEDS ! You awake then to their true reality : SATAN in YOU.of course, you need to sleep, but you will see by experience that, in general, at everytime you grow up and change your level of consciousness, you will be tired, even if you sleep "more than ever". It is one of the symptom of activation of your chakras and kundalini.Don't give up ! You work well !Hail Satan !

Is it normal to feel like vomiting during meditation? This happens to me when i feel to much energy during the process.
