Hi! again

I'll try to get brief here:

I'm reading a book by Swami Satyananda Saraswati called "Kundalini Tantra", in which he states that semen retention may be very useful to grow spiritually and physically.

I also read the "ascending energy meditation" on the JOS site and I have a few doubts: should I ejaculate after the practice? Also, how do I ejaculate without losing neither physical nor spiritual energies? (as a male, I should be more concerned about it, shouldn't I?

When one masterbates their energies do not drop or decrease in anyway, it is actually the complete opposite. When one masterbates or has sex and reaches orgasm their energies increase great levels and the chakras get a great charge. Ejaculation is in no way harmful spiritually, only the RHP will have you believe this.

On another note semen is a very powerful energy source and can even be used in rituals as it holds life giving enegies and properties.

Sex, Orgasm, Masturbation are all healthy and should be done on a regular basis as it stimulates the kundalini.

This is typical enemy BS. Like the JoS site says, you should read these books for the yogic techniques only, and disregard other nonsense and restrictions like this one.

You don't really lose them, you recycle them and concentrate them if you do the ascending energy meditation. These energies from orgasm are MEANT to be released, they have not any power unless you transmute them. That's exactly sex magick is one of the most powerful things, you use and program that energy to attract people or things.

It's actually the other way round, not ejaculating is dangerous, both for physical and spiritual health. Physically, you'll get "blue balls".

As far as I know, retention of semen is not quite healthy. It can be held back during sex, to have multiple orgasms, but eventually you have got to ejaculate. If you don't ejaculate over a period of time, toxins can accumulate in your prostate gland, and cause illnesses like cancer. This is the case with bikers - the seat stimulates the prostate while riding, and it secretes semen - and if they don't empty it soon, it can cause problems.

Answering your question, in my opinion you can not ejaculate without losing energy, but you can have orgasms without ejaculating, and that increases your energy. And then, after several orgasms, you ejaculate, and direct the accumulated energy from the orgasm to the specific goal. You can direct the energy into your soul, while programming it - i.e. to be more open or something.

So he was right in what transmutation does, but wrong in the techinque of how to do it.   The final fact is from personally going and doing a study of the famous celibate rhp "yogis" all of their claims of celibacy giving one superior vitality and longer life and health all fail. Lately I been putting off orgasm, or anything that would turn me on.
Solely for the fact that I still havent mastered the ascending energy meditation and I dont want to ejaculate causing my energy to dissipate just for the pleasure of it or even worse letting the enemy take my energy.
My problem is visualizing like I cant seem to visualize the energy goin up my spine.
And since us guys seem to orgasm alot faster than women, it makes it even harder to concentrate on the energy and visualizing it.
Now I could send my energy to father Satan but without visualizing this energy I feel has if im not even capable of directing my energy towards him.
Im quite aware that repressing your sexual desires can be unhealthy sadly is something I been doing these past couple of months.
So what can help me visualize this energy goin up my spine? Perhaps void meditation or practicing visualization techniques?
Does your third eye have to open to see this energy?

One suggestion: Don't doubt your ability to send energy. Just relax and know that the energy is doing its job. This can help, especially in sending orgasmic energy to Satan (which is a very good thing to do.)

Then get a full body, or from the knees up, picture of you, draw the chakras onto that picture. 
While looking at your picture, have an orgasm. Send the energy up your spine via the picture. Practice.

You even said yourself that it's unhealthy. Pleasure and sexual release is a very important aspect of life. Just ask father satan to take the energy and you dont need to do any visualization at all. He will do all that for you if you cant do it yourself, yet. Never ever repress your sexual desires. I have been masturbating at least once everyday for the last year (sometimes even 2-4 times depending on my arousal). I can tell you that I have perfect blood-pressure and near perfect overall health (though thats ofcourse not solely from masturbating, lol). Just do it whenever you want to and don't let any stupid reason keep you from doing it.

Interesting, thank you all so much i will make sure to apply myself with the knowledge you guys gave me. I will no longer doubt my ability to send energy that makes alot sense.
