A question on energy meditation

According to the JoS page,while doing energy meditation,we must visualize a white light.But I cant visualize anything at all.

And are there any other methods for energy meditations?
Some help on this

Imagine the White Light, dont visualise it. You dont have to literally see the white light, just know your surrounded by it. Imagine yourself surrounded by white light and breath in the light/energy and imagine yourself becoming more powerful and brighter.

Imagine the White Light, dont visualise it. You dont have to literally see the white light, just know your surrounded by it. Imagine yourself surrounded by white light and breath in the light/energy and imagine yourself becoming more powerful and brighter.

I started by simply FEELING the energy. For a beginner, this can be a lot easier than focusing on one thought, image or visualization.
