A problem with a friend.

My friend might be moving school in about a month because in our school we pay about 1700$ for a year and he got a brother and his parents arent SOOOO rich so they thought of moving him to a school that will cost them NOTHING.Well,thats one of the things that show that money rules the world.Okay,back to subject.He is a satanist and he need help.He want to stay in his school now but his parents want him to move.He and I thought of he might buy a lottery ticket so he can maybe win.Is there ANY chance that he maybe could use Father Satan's powers to help him?Just he and i want him to stay.He is a satanist and with me in his school he have another power - me.A friend.So please,what can he do for Father Satan to help me?Thank you for your help
