On this day there will be a perfect Cardinal T-square between Mars(war), Pluto(transformation), and Mercury(communication) at 0 degrees, a critical degree. Mars and the Moon will be in mutual reception which is when two planets are in each others ruling signs, in this case Mars in Cancer and Moon in Scorpio. Mercury won't be in place until later on in the day so try to do a ritual then, or if you can't just meditate. Early Wednesday would work fine, but make sure make sure the moon is not void.

May I ask what planetary hour you'd suggest for a black magick ritual on this date?

Its a Mars day so do it either on a Mars hour, or Mercury since it will make a square to this planet.
