Why are you being so down on yourself and then to question your worth to Satan? It doesn't add up.
With meditation, its always difficult for most people in the beginning as the body and mind are not use to it. Most people cannot train or control their minds. Trust me. We all have been through it. How do you know you're not progressing? Because you expect to immediately see the changes-These changes happen on the astral first. This is how power builds up.
Its like someone doing the third eye opening exercises for 4 days and then expect to start seeing spirits and lights. When you expect too much, you wont feel good when the results are not. You are just starting out and need to give it some time. This is not a race. This is personal and transforming. I didn't get crazy apparent results until my second or third year of meditating. In the beginning, I wanted to pull my hair out because I couldn't focus or visualize bright light, etc. Before, I got results and feelings but they weren't blatant. I didn't expect anything, I just did it because I knew it was right and I could feel some changes happening subtly.
You are progressing. You just have to keep at it as these things build over time. Make sure to focus on all your chakras, breathing exercises, aura of protection and Yoga. Kundalini yoga is where it's at. I received fast results from that because that is just an intense form of yoga.
We all have some kind of flaw and short coming. Just work on them and strive to better yourself while at the same time being you and respecting yourself. Be upset at and resent the enemy for holding humanity back..not yourself.
Practice, patience and consistency!
Don't hate yourself because that is what the enemy wants.
Also, the third eye can be difficult to open. You have to keep adding energy to it and meditate on it everyday if you wish to increase its power. I started seeing flashing lights and an increase in my intuition just by doing that everyday with the mantra for it- Thaum.
Satan is with you and the fact that you keep trying is a wonderful thing. Just let go and just keep doing it. It works. We know from experience.
