A few questions - I'm confused, I need help

I discovered Spiritual Satanism in 2020, but I only read some articles and didn't take enough action. Today is 1 September. It is the first day of the new month and a Monday. I have started the 40-day power meditations. I want to open and heal all seven of my chakras. Therefore, I want to start with the first chakra, the Root Chakra, but the Root Chakra meditations on the site seem a bit too challenging for me to do. Could those with knowledge and experience in this area please advise me? Also, if you could give me some other advice, that would be great, because I feel like most of the articles written on the site have disappeared or been lost. Where can I find them?

It is advisable to begin by opening the Third Eye and the Sixth Chakra because they are energy command centers and the psychic seat of the soul. They also help activate the pineal gland.

Starting with the base chakra can be dangerous because it is directly involved, with the risk of awakening the Kundalini prematurely when the rest of the soul is not yet ready.
