There may be multiple reasons behind your feelings, also overthinking is one.
A possibility is, some buried feelings are emerging from your subconscious (consistent meditation may trigger emotional healing this way).
Wanting to be someone else, or disappear, is a consequence of self-hate or low self-worth perception.
Is there anything in your past you constantly blame yourself for? Did you suffer any emotional or physical trauma in your early life, bringing to self-blame?
If you unconsciously want to disappear, you probably do not love yourself enough to sustain your existence in full.
What I would do is, digging if there is some unresolved trauma/issue in your mind, bringing to negative feelings like this. Self-talk during void meditation may help to find out this.
