I'm a new initiate, so I am not very experienced. Right now I am following the 40 day program thoroughly.
I have applied to a Summer Work and Travel program and I want to create a working to help me first get accepted to a good job, in ways that are good for me, preferably in a small town. Second, after finding a job, I have to pass a visa interview. So I want to create two workings. I have read our site thoroughly but I couldn't decide which runes to use and for how many repetitions. Since this is very important for me, I wanted to ask our family here.
I'm sorry if I sound demanding, but last year I had to cancel and wasted my family's hard-earned money. This year I don't want that to happen again.
Can someone please help me create two workings or give advice regarding this?
I have read on our site that our God Zeus is especially likely to grant the wishes of new initiates. I plan to do his Grand Ritual weekly and pray to him. But I have this feeling that I will feel 'dirty' in his presence because I have problems regarding my life, and I don't see myself as a very good person as of now. I want to and I am trying to influence other people in my life in good ways, but I have a lot to fix within myself. Also, his ritual is probably very strong and this will be my first God ritual, so it's unlikely that I will do a good job.
Maybe it would be better for me to pray to 'lesser' Gods/Goddesses and do his/her ritual? (Please don't get me wrong, English is not my first language and I don't mean any disrespect. Of course, all of our Gods/Goddesses are incredibly higher beings. I just can't find a better word. My respect for them is infinite.) Maybe this way I might feel more welcomed in their presence.
