Why am I chronically depressed? It's not even though related. It's like there's just a fog in my mind that makes it so my memory is shit, I can't feel happy, and I can't even feel good from cleaning my aura. I feel worthless and like everyone hates me. I feel low most days. Help
 
Because you are running low on life force.
Take probiotic foods like raw milk (best), kefir, fermented vegetables (that's not pasteurized, and no vinegar, the point is the good bacterias in these foods).
Do energy rising for the day every morning, be it sun salution or vuvavo or anything. Do energy rising before any working as well, before cleaning and regular things as well. I use vuvavo for these.
Empower the chakras, each day at least the chakra of the day, and in your case, the sun chakra every day.
This will help, good luck.
 
Cleaning the aura here remains essential, also the chakras ( Make affirmations along with the cleaning ). Breathe in solar energy and try to keep your energy levels high; hatha yoga also helps with this.

One of the main causes of depression is a low energy level or a weakened energetic state of your soul. Adverse planetary transits, past traumas (from this or previous lives), inner and outer conflicts, toxic people around us, and negative or self-deprecating inner dialogue are all factors that lead to a severe weakening and depletion of the chakras energy, particularly the Third chakra.

Understanding what causes depression is the first step; you can ask your Guardian and His/Her higher guidance to help you identify its source and work to dissolve it. Try to keep your energy high throughout the day: practice kundalini and hatha yoga, the breath of fire, the sun salutation, and inspire energy from the sun through intention and programming.

A rune suitable for banishing depression is Wunjo; when combined with Sowilo, it can give you even greater motivation. Of course, everything should be adjusted according to your personal level of advancement. Restoring your chakras to a sufficiently high and balanced vibrational level for your soul will help you, but it takes time; it doesn’t happen overnight.

Try to engage every day in something you enjoy: reading, listening to or playing music, watching a documentary, and so on. Train your mind to recognize that every single day holds something positive.

Above all, try to live with the awareness that you are not without value, and that your importance is far greater than you consciously believe right now. Be kind enough witg yourself to give yourself the chance to understand that you are worthy.

Do you use social media a lot? I have noti ed that people Who use those for a long time during the day feel depressed due to the constant comparison with Other people's lives and unrealistic standards. Try spending more time in the nature, especially near the Sea in the sun.
The "sunshine vitamin" (vitamin D) is essential for well-being because it aids in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, helping to strengthen bones and teeth. Exposure to the sun through the skin stimulates its production, also improving the immune system, cardiovascular health, and even mood, as sun exposure stimulates dopamine production. To obtain these benefits, 15-30 minutes of exposure per day is sufficient, avoiding the hottest hours of the day.

You can also add to your leisure time activities that involve your whole body such as yoga, workouts or even Just walking outside, with a friend also! Let me know if this helps :)

All above advices are exceptional and will help you greatly. I also want to add a few things, mostly regarding the material part. You didn't give a lot of details or any clue on where your depression stems from, so I can only give advice according to what I see as the reasons of depression in general population. These are only my opinions, and I don't claim expertise.

Firstly, the diet plays the biggest role. The reason why we eat is to give ourselves the necessary nutrients and energy. What I have found with my experience and research is that the optimal diet, which we can thrive most in life, is an animal based diet. %80 animal foods, some fruit here and there in the season, and honey. Vitamins and minerals are almost always more bioavailable when we get them from animal foods compared to plants and seeds. Not to mention, most plants come with anti-nutrients and toxins (this is their defense mechanism so they won't be eaten, as they can't move like animals.) Also, most people eat a carb based diet, but natural human diet is fat based.

This is a very good advice if you can digest raw milk, and kefir is literally milk but better version.

To things to avoid: I think seed oils and processed foods should be completely eliminated. Alcohol goes without saying. I would also advise against any stimulants. When one experiences depression for a long time the energy boost they get from stimulants feels very pleasant at first but tolerance occurs because your body adapts to the substance over time, reducing its sensitivity and as a result higher amounts are required to produce the same stimulating effects. This can make you dependent on them. Caffeine and nicotine should be avoided.

Please don't try to go cold turkey and try to implement these slowly if you like.

From my observations, the second most common cause of depression is stress. People are stressed by many things, and I would like to emphasize that the closer we live by nature's orders, the happier, more fulfilled, and less stressed we become. To be happy, all we need is good food, shelter, sunlight, friends, and a romantic partner. I think people nowadays worry so much about things that don't help them attain these necessities.

For example, money doesn't have an innate value. It's just paper; it's valuable only because we think it has worth. However, I've come to the conclusion that everything worthy can be attained without money. When we attain these things without anything external, such as money, they are even more enjoyable and fulfilling. A relationship free from material worry or influence is the most thrilling and fulfilling.

This new perception might reduce your stress. For most people, work and school are the sources of stress. Please don't worry so much about money because you can get everything that is worthy for free. Money is useful in this system. That's why we have money spells and workings. It's helpful, and we should all aspire to have access to the world's goods. As Zevists, I wish for all of us to be wealthy, but you should never sacrifice your health for money, and it seems that most people today do this.

To everyone reading this: The time is ticking. When we are 10 years old one year is ℅10 of our lives, when we are 20, one year is %5. This percentage gets lower and lower. Our perception of time changes. Time gets crunched as we age. We should aim to live our life's to the fullest because it's a surefire receipt to regret if we won't.
