Would it be possible to find a way to channel practically every single negative energy that I have come into contact with during my life and unleash it on a person who has hurt me tremendously? Perhaps if it works, it will have devastating effects on that specific person, or are there better ways to cast a real curse?

If you want to direct the negative energy towards your target, it is possible. There are other ways too, such as absorbing energy. (If you look at other posts, you may see other suggestions.) Is it fair to use your anger for the purpose of causing long-term harm?(I don't know why you chose this, but it may come back to you as karma....)

When you do cleaning, take the dirt and send it towards them (affirm this within the cleaning affirmation, similarly to RC Part 1, mentioned above).
Not too difficult if you can feel energy.

If you're not proficient in that, ask Father Zeus to send you a Daemon to guide the energy towards this person.

It's also important to not have self-guilt about this when you do it. Before doing it, simply think about what exactly this person did, why they did it, and conclude that they ultimately deserve the punishment that is coming, and that you are noble in taking this punishment in your own hands.
