Meditations #78936 Hole in my Solar Chakra

I have a hole in my solar chakra, on top of the chakra from what I’m feeling. The hole was caused through multiple semi-traumatic and confidence shattering events in regards to women and relationships. My father hasn’t helped in this and makes the problem far worses, adding more negative emotion towards my solar chakra hole through his disappointment towards me on this issue. I can feel the hole leeking out energy from my solar chakra, especially when I’m thinking or feeling in regards to women.

How do i fix this? I’ll be moving out soon so I won’t have to deal with my father anymore. I’ve done a sun square to heal my solar chakra and empower it but it doesn’t seem to much. I’ve done rune work and mantras to clean and empower my solar chakra, yet the hole is still there and leaking. It’s be built over a decade by now so it’ll likely take time to get rid of it.

I’ll be going out more and meeting and talking with women, so I’m doing all i can to build my confidence on the issue.

What can I do to seal this hole and stop it leaking?

There is no hole, this is just your mind assigning some kind of visual representation for the issues your facing, assuming you have been doing the Raum mantra on your solar chakra during hours of the sun in order to empower and open it and that hasn't been enough, perhaps something a little different is in order, try the necromicon meditation for the solar chakra, make sure to choose a good astrological date for doing so as outlined on the page.

Its important to not let the idea there is something "wrong" with your chakras take root in your head as this can actually cause problems where there wasnt one before, your emotional body (a part of your soul) may be damaged, in which case definitely do the working by HPS Lydia that I posted.

I will not comment on auric or other holes as I am not in a position to be sure about you, but I know that holding and working with clear quartz helps with these issues. I recommend it for cleaning, purification, and other general, non-specific, white magick purposes.
