We know by now that Saturn on someone's ruler is very negative, but let's assume someone has both Saturn and Jupiter to it. Jupiter is positive isn't it? How should this be interpreted? One idea I would get is like a person who has good will but restricts or prevents the other person from expressing their individuality, even unintentionally. Maybe it improves his/her life but at the cost of feeling always inferior and having to prove something.
