So I did RTR and ending Tetrag***** ritual. Just RTR improves a lot. But the second ritual causes certain problems (cavity and etc). How to solve the problems? Did I do the rituals wrong? I followed the instructions on site but I have some intrusive thoughts so I am not 100% sure.

I did my first RTR today, and right after, I became extremely out of character. Just before doing it, I was really enthusiastic and had spent a lot of time studying the website. But afterwards, I felt incredibly on edge, empty, and depressed like life had no meaning. Everything overwhelmed me. I became extremely angry, and nothing seemed to calm me down. I just feel really awful and disconnected from the Gods.
Could this be an attack from the enemy because I was doing an RTR? Or is it something else? I just know it’s all connected.

1. Take care of your spiritual hygiene. It is advised to clean aura after these rituals, at the very least.
2. Start to build your aura of protection. It needs to be reinforced daily to be and to stay as strong.
3. Disconnect mentally from negative astral influence by staying grounded in the physical realm by controlling your mind and having something to do like physical exercise, socializing, or some other activity that is similarly anchored in the physical realm.
