On my first day of the jupiter square I said one pronunciation like GGRRUURRUU instead of GGUURRUU and I affirmed this. Do I have to wait till next week to restart or can I start again later in the same day, since it was the first day of the working?

If you also said the affirmation, you have to start over. If you didn't say the affirmation, you can wait a few hours for the energies to dissipate and then start over.
