is there a way to confirm you are not a jew? I am adopted and do not know any of my family so cannot confirm.

In general those who pose this problem most of the time are not, especially if they are then also found here in the forums.
Do an fRtR, try to see if they cause you any non-positive feelings. There are also PDFs dedicated to Jewish recognition, although again, I don't think there is any need for you. I'll leave you the link anyway

Actually I think it's illogical to think about this because if you find ToZ and dedicate youself, that means there is no problem. You are probably a normal human, not a jew.

If you think that this path is true, if I were you, I'd dedicate myself and stay in the Path. You will not be able to continue if you are a jew.
