I'm not sure why you would want to remove energy from your sacral chakra. Its not just there for sex. Its there for creativity, passion, and attraction. You'd be imbalancing yourself and causing more issues than solutions.

Limiting yourself is never a good idea. Instead you should try to transfer the energy to a chakra you'd rather be stimulating or needs developing. Cleaning is also a way to control any negative energy that could be causing your problems.

Sex is the most powerful form of physical creation and release. To deny yourself that is denying yourself a vital part of life. Control your flame, don't put it out.

They are intuitively led to higher knowledge how to sublimate it into higher things than earthling battles for mortal love.

Lower Chakras are base of everything in the universe because observed universe is our consciousness, so Lower Chakras are base of consciousness. They are base of every experience and learning process. They can destroy us and make us humans, and then Gods. They are men in our countries and bulwark in our states who protect us and stand up for us to death. They are Hades part of Zeus in us that make us better and make us worthy of life. If we misuse their powers they also can make us monsters and put us to Tartarus because their energies turn into Tartarus when misused.

Not advancing them would only end up in them not becoming purer. Energies are still there, they will just stay gross. Instead a lot of cleansing put on them daily will make them pure and brilliant, purely platonic, Knightful, noble and royal, all ape aggression and other orc filth will be gone. This might include committing real feats too.

As for sucking energies out into higher Chakras see technic above. When blockages in main Chakra column are gone this is also amplified naturally. Do not do this. This is a recipe for total destabilization, you cannot sublimate all sexual energy like this by pushing it into the Higher Chakras! Sexual energy requires release.
