A longer session can be split into two sessions, for example. 108 is not that bad when done for a full cycle, but if you want to go for the 216, then 108 times two is more manageable in some ways than doing it in one go.

I agree and share my personal experience with this, it is true.
For some 216 at once might be obviously too much and will result in nothing good if one is not able to manage this amount of energy , instead , splitting it into two works and also , I think it might be even better this way as this 'renews' the energy which attracts more and mostly the 'constant' part of it but then again a foundation must be build so if you decide to do it for a while the more it will found itself and the bigger amounts and the more last longing results you will have.
This is good as well , doing it daily even in small numbers but constant every day for a year, this will mark energy permanently onto you and this really works wonders.
