I don’t necessarily use physical tools like a Ouija board to communicate with spirits. My method is as follows: First, I sit in a quiet environment and close my eyes. Then I visualize my own astral field. It’s hard to describe this field, but you can think of it as an energetic protective sphere, like a glass dome surrounding me.
I believe this field encompasses one’s spiritual energy and protects from external influences. By controlling my own field, I can prevent unwanted entities from entering. However, when I want to connect with a spirit, I consciously thin this field—meaning I allow an external entity to enter.
After that, I begin to sense the presence of spirits or energies. Usually, I invite them into my dreams, and that's where I make contact. It also happens through telepathy and intuitive insight. With this method, I can form spiritual connections without using physical tools.
