We are against ignorance here but I thought. Can't ignorance sometimes be a good thing? Sometimes not knowing certain things can get you out of stressful times and many problems.

Ignorance is the state of weakness of the soul. Promoting it is unethical.

Not all notions can be understood by anyone.
This is why higher levels of knowledge is to be discovered in stages. The soul and the mind must be open in order to handle higher level of understanding.
But ignorance is not to be promoted. It is not a virtuous state, and it's not aligned with human nature.

Being in control of one's mind and thoughts is key in stressful situations. Not being aware of one's inner world and consequently what is around is for subhumans.

Choosing to isolate yourself from stressful situations will cause more stress than facing them with bravery and thought. Being ignorant is to be like an andrapoda, only living to eat and sleep. As Zevists, it is our mission to awaken and face each challenge with bravery. To be ignorant is to sucum to the lies that you are fed and live in the constant cycle of guilt and fear.

The only way to be able to fix a problem is to look at it directly and know all about it.

If someone has an injury, you can't just keep covering it up and hiding it with more bandages and never look at it, because it is still infected and rotting under everything. You need to look at it directly so it can be cleaned and repaired.
