Is F-RTR no longer relevant at all?? Sometimes I just want to curse the jews... There are such wonderful affirmations like "Jews are absolutely defenseless against Satan and His Demons"

Returning Curses 1 is also fine

I think if you have a good reason to do it, then go for it. There is just no need to do it every day like before. Returning Curses is always good to do.

The Final RTR is still effective.

You can do it as much as you see fit.

You can also use this ritual to curse concrete jews.
