My father is Kurdish (from the eastern Turkish side) and my mother is Dutch. So what does that make me? I really need to know because I don’t want to participate in further race mixing.

Kurds have both white and black ancestors but I recommend you to look at the phenotype of your father and his ancestors. For example, if your father has white skin, blond hair and blue/green eyes, he is mostly white with a little Middle Eastern or black ancestors. But if he is brunette, I don't know. Here; not only phenotype is important, but also ancestors.

In conclusion, you are mostly white.
I'd recommend you to find a partner like you. (Half white and half Kurd/Arab/Persian etc..)

Kurds can be white or brown.
Dutch = white.
If you're an admixture of two slightly different white phenotypes, you're white.
If the Kurdish lineage was brown, you're mixed.
