What is happening to you is probably an inner fight between forced xianity (= christianity with an x on christ), and your unconscious mind that is interested in the occult by your own nature. So you experience up & downs, setbacks and again advancement, it is normal. This is a good sign and probably genuine interest that makes you better and more worthy of many other people who do not even think "outside the box" and live as sheep.
You don't need to ask permission to visit our site and forum, knowing one person more found the Truth is a source of happiness and our knowledge on here is free to be learned.
Just be respectful while you learn and fight your xian mind programming, many of us have been raised xians but then found the Truth.
