good idea to be already aware of the 4th dimension on this one.
the perimiter is set by the disc that pops out from the mer ka ba.
focus on this and set it in a fixed position, dont think it matters
how far it pops out, but i start off with it close.
you'll notice its just white and in between you and the disc is small
amounts of energy linking it to you.
anyway, focus on the centre of your torso and let it erupt like a star.
so now you have the disc and a star in the centre.
i fond that spinning the disc beyond the speed of light helps, the
star in the middle will expand and with this expansion a new dimension
will occur, and the shape that will pop out is more easily reconized
as well.
a 4th dimensional shape should come out of the middle of this centre
star (or torso)and surround you, remeber the perimiter that the disc
sets, this disc holds this shape in the bonderies.(everybodys shape is
different, as we all are made up of different cosmic energies)
this shape will rotate and do all kinds of things so just let it go,
now focus on rotating this shape faster and faster, in which ever way
it wants to go.
the more you rotate it the more energy it pulls into your torso, and

exploded out into your aura i think (or maybe just the space between

just found that the 4th dimension is more vivid (the 4th dimensional
sky is some what increadible and you can see all the astral planes
that people have created, even the invisible ones if you focus, also
the energy linking the 4th dimension to the real world
).maybe you
could reach the end of the 4th dimension (then probably phazes into
the next?)
and a stack load more energy.
