sorry for the intrusion but i would like to know why some of the most fundamentals have changed? no problem of course but why now? and not before? why is the solar plexus dointed down now? perhaps i have not been very thorough? have I missed something? thank you for taking the time to read this. im from belgium , I don't get to go on the forums much.

It takes knowledge and experience to be able to reveal information in the way that High Priestess Maxine has done.

From what I have experienced, the meditations, as they are currently laid out, sends energy up the spine in a much smoother, yet much more powerful way.
