Seeing aliens, astral parasites fairy, ghost invisible evils

Last year i "ascended kundalini" in the manner the instructions instructed. I began waking up to a feminine motherly energy in the room as well seeing hindu deities with my eyes closed. I saw a blue face kissing me over and over and later on saw big blue eyes in the sky, when they blinked it was if their eyelashes were tickling my stomach. Eventually the energy of a fairy came into my room, flew/dances around me for a bit then went off into the stars.i was being "guided' to get into the new age at this point, listening to channeled messages from aliens. I didn't want to, but I thought I ought to listen to my "guide" eventually holographic looking aliens started appearing in my room and I also saw a."mantis being" my fear, panic and anxiety went through the roof. I also say a gray and maaaybe a Nordic. The nordic was too translucent to make out details, but I think it was a Nordic. Ibe also been visited by what I can only describe as invisible balls of pure.evil. ive also seen these astral parasite things stuck on people at the hospital. I don't want to be abducted again, how can I defend myself from these beings? They don't respect humans at all, the lie and torture. Please help.

Assuming that this is a genuine post, this has nothing to do with the Kundalini; the Temple has no open instructions for rising the Kundalini, as you claim.

Truthfully, what you are describing sounds like fabrications of the imagination. You should focus on the basics, like Void Meditation, daily cleaning & AOP, a little bit of breathing, and Yoga. All these fantasies will clear out when you begin to bring yourself under conscious control.
