To briefly clarify before beginning: The left brain hemisphere is verbal, words, description, logic, literal, analytic, keeps track of time, rational, linear. The right brain hemisphere is nonverbal (visual or other nonverbal cognition), can put the parts into the whole and see the whole as greater than just the parts, seeing things in reality as they are, analogic, understand metaphors, imaginative, intuitive, can suspend judgement or opinion, spatial, insightful.

The left side is often referred to as “masculine” and the right side “feminine”; these refer to polarities but most men are generally more in tune with the left hemisphere and most women generally with the right hemisphere.

The left hemisphere is intellect, the right hemisphere is wisdom.

The mind is within the entire being, and much of it is blocked within humans.

Studying psychology, the brain, the education system, and society overall. Everything for the past century has been progressively putting too much of an emphasis on the left-brain (left hemisphere actions) and systematically working to make the right-brain into a joke; praising the left brain, insulting the right. This is done deliberately to decrease humans and make us inferior to how we are designed to be.

For men especially, this is one of the reasons why so many of you have trouble finding a woman. Women can sense when someone is too left-brained, and while most women cannot put it into words, they find men who are overly left-brained to be undesirable to be around. The reason for this is because this is alienating, an inferior way of being, it diminishes everything (the experience of life itself included), and women cannot feel a connection to a man who is in this way. This is not to say being overly right-hemisphere is best, both are needed in correct balance and either is stunted without the other.

The left hemisphere is concerned (and overly so) with categorizing and labeling, forming judgement and making opinions as quickly as possible; the right hemisphere with seeing the whole, seeing things exactly as they are, in reality, completely in its space as it is. The right hemisphere can rise above the preconceived notions set by the left hemisphere.

Most men tend to categorize women, whereas women are far more likely to see a man as he is, as an individual. A lot of men get confused and even frustrated when a woman does not fit strictly and entirely into a category, even thinking the woman is pretending to be different sometimes, instead of understanding that the woman is an individual and therefore not in a category. Categories are extremely limiting and omit individual personality traits and differences.

Society praises left-brain actions alone; but the truth is, this diminishes life. Anyone who is mostly or fully left brained will hardly advance in spirituality, personality, or creativity.

Both sides of the brain, the mind in its fullest sense, is needed. Most women by nature are more in tune with the right; but the education system of the past 50-100 years has been removing the importance of the right brain, making it simpler for men especially to become too left-brained, and causing a dissonance within women, making women out of tune with their natural frequency. Even art and music are being done in a way that is too left-brained and not focused on correctly developing the natural abilities of the right brain.

Trance is much more difficult for people who are very left-brained. The left hemisphere dislikes meditation as it wants to dominate the right hemisphere and be active, but in order to trance, the left hemisphere needs to become quiet and passive. Spirituality, the occult, and meditation are of the right hemisphere; trying to focus on these areas with an overly left brain will result in failure or inability to fully comprehend spirituality.

So many members email or write in the forums in a way that clearly shows they are trying to access it through the left brain, or trying to understand spiritual concepts with the left brain. Being overly left-brained is literally retarded, stunted, because humans are biologically and spiritually designed to be dual brained. Developing both sides and using both sides is where you will find success to everything. While the left hemisphere is intellect, it is the right hemisphere where insight and genius emerge from.

Meditation to open access to the right brain:

This is extremely easy, and can be done almost anywhere, any time, but is best done while looking outside with a large scope of view and distance. It can also be practiced before trance to help get into trance easier, and can be practiced if you are feeling stressed or mentally pressured, this is mentally refreshing.

-Wherever you happen to be, look at your surroundings. Simply look, and remove any words or labels that come to mind. See each thing exactly as it is; not as you think it should be, and don’t think about its function or purpose.

-Any words or labels or categorization that comes to mind, have them drift away. Notice the color or texture of any object, but don’t think about the words of these. Try to see each thing as it is, simply observe it.

-You can trace your gaze around any object such as a building or tree, but avoid labeling any parts of it. Just non-verbally notice how it is.

-If an animal such as your pet dog or cat, or birds outside, come into sight, observe it as it moves, feel delight or amusement in how they randomly do things that may defy logic such as wandering in one direction then changing direction for no apparent reason.

-Just observe and notice each thing exactly as it is, in the moment of time that it is in.

If you cannot quiet your mind, then do this while doing the above:

-Mentally on your inhale say “Sat” and on your exhale say “Ya”. Satya is a sacred mantra of Zeus. Say this softly like a gentle breeze in your mind. The S, T, and Y are very short, while the A (ah) is longer, mostly as long as your inhale/exhale are.

Now, when you try to communicate with the Gods, or read the Temple of Zeus website or posts by Clergy, try to do it dual-hemisphere. Don’t jump to conclusions about what “they must have actually meant”, don’t categorize, don’t label, don’t have internal dialogue debating what you think is better; just read it for what it is.

If you don’t understand something, then keep your mind open to understanding later; if you form wrong or limiting conclusions now, they will become blocks in your progress now or later. True wisdom cannot have blocks in its way, it needs to rise.

Advance, in spirituality and within your personal Self.

You make me think of contralateral control, where the left brain controls the right side and right brain controls left. Like how left handed people use more of their right side, but at the same time its like a combination. In islam for example it says to only use your right hand. Remember that whole thing where christians would call left handed people evil? Its interesting, I like to alternate use between my hands when I do things, like brushing my teeth and writing.

I also think throwing is very useful for this, there is a hypothesis that our ability to speak is built on our ability to throw as the parts of the brain that light up when we throw are right beside our speech areas. Human beings can throw the farthest.

We must combine science and sorcery.

Another interesting point I remember, I have a stutter and one of the ways I overcome it is, when I speak I pretend I am singing instead of talking, my right hemisphere activates, instead of left (where the brochas area is located) and I dont stutter at all. Instead when I use my right hemisphere pretending to sing when I am actually just talking, the broccas homolog activates which is responsible for musical syntax and structure. The interplay between these two regions is quite fascinating in how they cross over.

I think woman are more in tune with their right hemisphere due to a much thicker Corpus Colosseum than compared to men, so their left and right hemispheres are greatly interlinked. Maybe that is why they are more in tune with their emotions compared to men. Men have so much trouble processing emotions.

Thank you High Priestess Lydia! 🙏🏻💚
This is excellent, I noticed that I naturally do components of this meditation to relax throughout the day or as part of sinking into Void 🔥 I am so excited to do this meditation and see how everyone enjoys and grows from it, our minds need regular resetting from the overly analytical world we live in so we can see what we're missing! 🌻🦋✨

I have noticed that through the right brain, I am so much more at peace with my day-to-day activities. I take a walk and expect nothing, but passively take in the environment, which is very rewarding when I am around a lot of nature. Through this surrender, a certain playfulness and vibrancy emerges that wasn't recognized outside until it was realized within.

Some days it is easier than others, but I can see my progress.

Also, has to the meditation, I do this automatically after being in void for a certain amount of time. For instance, at first, my focus is on a point, but it begins to expand to my entire being and surroundings, i.e., I am just "being."

This was what i feel but cant able to explain. Thanks!

This is what i needed. Thanks!

After reading this sermon, I realized how much of an overactive left mind I have. I’m almost always dissatisfied with the things I see and think about how they could be better. Oh, my country could have been so much more beautiful, especially its architecture I hope I can find balance.

So being overly critical and cynical is related to having an overactive left brain to the detriment of the right brain?
I've always had that problem.

I found myself being too left-brained many times before. It would even be hard for me to learn new things or dive into any new subjects because I would basically already be overstimulated by my constant internal over analysis.

It's still something I'm working on, but even just by reading the meditative practice above, I know it's going to help me tremendously.

Thank you so much High Priestess Lydia!

Pregunta para Lidia: ¿Escribir poesía te ayuda a usar el hemisferio derecho del cerebro? Gracias por este sermón.

Thank you High Priestess for this sermon. Astrology is my favorite right/dual brained discipline right now. Behind each chart and all its aspects is a person with a soul. Left-brain can't interpret that alone
