Don't be sorry. If TG BlackOnyx8 hasn't replied to your email then you can send him another or email the High Priest, though that won't be any quicker. Rest assured, you will get everything you've earned, it's just that everyone is currently extremely busy.

Be patient, you will make it in life with sooner or later acces to Hall of Osiris.

It happend to me where TG was busy and replied after a while time, remember, they are good people but not our servents.

It would be more helpful if we knew a lot more about what is going on in the background, but I understand they must keep certain things secret until it is the right time to reveal it.
If their so busy, then let me help??
HP Cobra asked for more volunteers for the higher duties with ToZ - I've already offered my services.
I ask again - what can I do to help??

You have only just joined. No one knows you, which means you are not going to be invited to something that is done by trusted people, much less tasks done by TGs. There are ongoing projects where people can assist, such as translations and outreach. Others have their personal projects made public, like information repositories and websites.

No one needs ten years to prove themselves, unless they show up once a month to do something small, or something along those lines.

You're overreacting, calm down and don't let yourself influenced by others opinions. One's thought does not represent the whole of a community samd.

He didn't mention nothing of which does not make sense neither. Nobody here says that you or anyone newer is lesser or weaker being.

There's also a post around like "Before one can be able to help others, one should be able to help himself first". Nobody knows you and that's not to mean that you're weak or/and unworthy, simply means to give time to things in order to build and develop.
 
Personally, I think first one should have mastered the art of self before anything else, although the desire and willingness is genuine to help on a "higher purpose then oneself" which has to do with the self, should already have a meditation program of which he persists constantly with it and never ignore himself for others, then, one can do things for others if has spare time.

The more resources one accumulates, the stronger the influence has.

Instead of maybe focusing on quick results with low duration result, should consider what I've mention. Think in the long run and all else will be coming.
