Hello. Ever since I got serious on the Path, I have been experiencing sleep paralysis every time I wake up from a dream. Maybe not all the time, but it happens very often, three or four times a week. What exactly could this be caused by? Is it a sign of psychic attack? I would like to know the problem and be able to take precautions.

Thank you for suggestions I have never used alcohol or other substances in my life and I don't think I ever will.

It's not something necessarily negative to have this. Many people don't get similar opportunities so easily.
