There are no gods representing the ooga booga unga bunga. Gods represent advancement, enlightenment, civilization and progress.

The only "god" that represents the orc mentality is the judaic thoughtform YHWH, as made clear by the followers of these cults being so backwards and stunted they barely fit in with civilized populations, and typically serve to hold back advancement and technology and keep humanity in the stone age praying to a kike in the clouds.

And just to add as a follow up, I'm talking about Orc toughness or strength. Not Orc as the ultimate race. I'm capturing the culture and mentality here, not racial attributes.

Not sure exactly what you are imaging with this but simple rune magick sounds like exactly what you're looking for. You don't need "orc culture and mentality", the strongest culture is your own race's and the greatest mentality is the Satanic one.

If you are interested in chimps chopping each other's heads off for the smallest reason, or often for no reason. Go visit a muslim country and you can witness the raping and killing with your own eyes. But I am unable to imagine any way that low level orc/chimp violence could be honorable. There is no moral code to animals who have no morals, and it doesn't improve by you saying the words "moral code" to describe this lack of morals.

This kind of behaviour is not something describing advanced humans, or any kind of advanced souls. It is only describing the worst and lowest souled animals.

Dude I live in a white-people dominated Republican state and I still hear it often enough. Haha!
