Ways to Deal With BPPV

I was recently diagnosed with a condition called BPPV, or Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. This condition is typically able to go away, with a risk of returning every year or so. In my case, it has been returning every two months, and it's making my life difficult. I suspect, from answers on a previous post I made, that this health condition was brought on by a lack of yin energy. I am unsure if this is truly the case, correct me if I'm incorrect. I have been using TCM, specifically BalanceEZ from Guang Ci Tang, and an emergency care doctor taught me and my dad how to perform the Epley Maneuver. I have also been doing the Perfect Health Working from Lydia, as well as a working to specifically target the BPPV's cause (inner ear crystals falling out into the ear canal). I have been trying to figure out what to change in my diet outside of limiting sugar and salt, as well as boosting Vitamin D and Calcium intake.
Despite what I've done so far, it's been almost two months since my last major vertigo attack and I'm starting to show signs of having another one. I can do the Epley Maneuver again, but I want to permanently cure this so I never have to deal with a vertigo attack ever again. What else can I do to get rid of this condition for good?

Some additional information since creating this post:
I have researched a bit on acupuncture and mudra's. I have been putting pressure on these acupuncture points; LR 3, GB 43, GB 34, SP 6, SP 9, ST 36, GB 2, SI 19, and TH 17. I have also done the Aakaash Shaamak mudra. Both of these have provided relief of my symptoms for at least a few hours, alongside my prescription pills (Meclizine).
